Happy New Year! Here is the state of the dungeon at the end of 2023:

• Level 1-12 maps completed, level 13 map sketched.
• Levels 1-4 and 12 keyed, levels 5 and 6 partially keyed, stocking notes for levels 7 and 8.
• My pf1e campaign has run through levels 1-4 plus parts of 5 and 6.

So, I didn't hit the December 31st goal, but I've had a great deal of fun making and running the dungeon. Most importantly, I want to finish playing it, so I need to finish making it. Therefore, I think I'm going to go with the Eastman variation and keep going into 2024. For now, see the downloads section for the current draft.
